He is the founder of EquiCert, a licensed accounting firm in Mauritius providing accounting, tax, payroll, financial reporting and business advisory services.
Ravi has extensive experience in accounting, taxation, financial reporting, compliance and advisory services. His professional background includes working with a wide range of clients, including private companies, local businesses, international groups and foreign investors operating in Mauritius.
Through EquiCert, Ravi assists clients with the preparation of financial statements, management accounts, tax compliance, VAT, payroll, tax advisory, tax investigations, company formation and business support services.
At EquiCert, our team is composed of experienced accounting and finance professionals, including an Accounting Manager, Senior Accountants, Accountants and support staff. Each member of our team plays an important role in ensuring that clients receive accurate, timely and professional support.
Our Accounting Manager oversees client assignments, reviews financial information, supervises accounting work and ensures that deliverables meet professional standards.
Our Senior Accountants handle more complex accounting, tax, payroll and financial reporting matters, while also supporting and guiding junior team members.
Our Accountants and support staff assist with bookkeeping, reconciliations, payroll processing, statutory filings, document preparation and day-to-day client support.
